Removable bollards

Drains naturally through sub surface gravel.
A reservoir allows the accumulation sand, gravel, etc. and can be removed for easy maintenance.

Operation
With one turn of the key, the bollard rises and automatically locks into the raised position.
To retract the bollard: Turn the key and remove it, then apply vertical pressure to the dome of bollard with the foot, until it locks automatically in the lowered position.
The lock unit
The lock unit is made of stainless steel. The stainless steel lock protector is spring loaded and shields the mechanism from ingress of dirt. The standard lock supplied uses an 11 mm triangle key.

Removable for maintenance. Made of 60 mm cast iron, Ø 460 or Ø 340 according to models.

The casing
A fixed 3mm casing, made of galvanised sheet steel, with strong lifting eyelets for quick and easy installation.
Product impact resistance
Resistance to electrolytic reactions by using selected materials, excluding aluminium. High resistance to crushing (40 tonnes) in the down position, according to models and depending on the nature of ground fixing conditions. Although resistant, we do not recommend the positioning the retractable bollards in heavy traffic zones.

Supplied hollow with a steel reinforcing core, the bollard is fitted with a lifting eyelet for easy installation. To be filled with concrete on site then the rounded top cap to be placed in position.
